Dr. Aparna Pathak

Dr. Aparna Pathak pursued her Ph.D. from Nagpur University. She has completed her Bachelor of Law and Master’s in Law from South Gujarat University. She also has a Master’s in Business Studies (HR) from MIT School of Management where she was awarded a Gold Medal for securing 1st Rank. She was awarded the Ideal Teacher Award in 2017 by MIT Group of Institutions. She has worked as an advocate for 9 years in the Courts in Gujarat. She was associated with MIT School of Business as Assistant Professor. She also handled responsibility as the Co-Head, Academic Program Office at MIT School of Business. Thereafter she was deputed as Assistant Professor and Head, Academic Program Office for Faculty of Fine Arts, Media, and Journalism and at Faculty of Law. She has also been handling the examination section and ERP in these departments. She has presented and published more than 18 research papers in national and international journals during her academic career. She has attended various Seminars, Workshops and Faculty Development Programs to keep herself updated with the latest topics in her subject area. She was the coordinator for the RDA’s 19th International Conference at Kochi and the Co-convenor for the International Conference on Innovation in Management Practices (ICIMP) by MIT School of Business, Pune. She has conducted FDPs and Guest Sessions at other institutions and had been called to be a jury member on various occasions. At present she is associated with the Faculty of Liberal Arts as an Assistant Professor and CDC Coordinator. She helps the students with their internships and dissertations as their guide.
