- Dr. Kumaraswamy. C is presently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Social work, Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies, Acharya Deemed University, Bengaluru – 560107.
- He secured first rank with gold medal from the University of Mysore.
- Awarded PhD in Empowerment of rural women, and he has worked for the past 36 years in the development sector by implementing various projects with state and Central Government (GoI), of national and international NGOs NABARD, UNICEF, UNDP, Industries and CSR projects in Corporate sector.
- So far, published 23 articles and 12 books in Social work profession and Human Resource Management.
- With the experience of organizational Development and teaching of the subject of Organizational Behaviour and Organizational Development to the MSW and MBA students, published this book.
- Also, involved as professional trainer in Capacity Building programs on various topics in development sector.
